こえ、でかすぎ

"His voice is too loud"
Usually I cannot hear the conversation in the data entry room from my office. But this time, I could hear every single word he was saying. Too loud!
でかい means "big." It is a slang, so don't use it for a formal speech. すぎ is すぎる which means "too much."
The Polite Form:
声が大き過ぎます。(こえがおおきすぎます。)
